Who We Are
Deepus is operated by LLC Test, City, Country. We act as the controller of personal data processed to provide Deepus, except where a service provider acts as an independent controller. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@deepus.io.
Scope
This policy applies to the Deepus website, user accounts, redirect and deep links, QR destinations, API features, customer dashboards, and related analytics and support services.
Data We Collect
We may collect account and profile data such as email address, account type, company name, role, verification state, authentication metadata, and subscription status. We process service content such as projects, link titles and destinations, mobile schemes, fallback URLs, presets, routing preferences, and temporal-link settings.
We may also collect transaction metadata supplied by a payment provider, support communications, and technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request and security logs, and authentication events.
Click Analytics and Link Visitors
When someone follows a Deepus link, we may process the link code, click time, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device type, operating system, browser, platform, and referrer where available. We use this information to perform redirects, protect the service, enforce plan limits, and provide aggregated campaign analytics.
Deepus customers determine the destinations and purposes of their campaigns. Customers are responsible for giving their visitors any privacy notices and obtaining any consents required by applicable law.
Payment Information
Payment details are submitted directly to the payment provider shown at checkout. Deepus may receive the transaction status, plan, amount, currency, billing identifiers, and limited customer details needed to activate and support a subscription. Deepus does not directly store full payment card details.
How We Use Data
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, route visitors, provide links and analytics, enforce plan limits, process subscription status, respond to support requests, diagnose faults, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve Deepus.
Legal Bases
Depending on the context and applicable law, we process data to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, and act on consent where consent is required, including for optional cookies or marketing.
Browser Storage and Cookies
Deepus currently uses browser local storage to retain authentication tokens and account state on your device. Checkout providers and optional tools introduced in the future may use cookies or similar technologies under their own notices. Where applicable law requires consent for optional technologies, they should be enabled only after that consent is obtained.
How We Share Data
We may share data with providers that support hosting, databases, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, customer support, security, and payments; with professional advisers; with authorities where legally required; and in connection with a lawful business transfer. These recipients receive only the data reasonably needed for their role. We do not sell personal data.
Payment Provider Role
If Paddle is enabled as our checkout provider, Paddle may act as Merchant of Record and as an independent controller for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and compliance processing. The checkout will identify the legal seller and provide the applicable payment-provider terms and privacy notice.
International Data Transfers
Deepus and its providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers are supported by adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism used by the relevant provider.
Data Retention
We retain account and service data while an account is active and afterward for periods reasonably needed for support, security, disputes, legal compliance, and backups. Transaction records may be retained for legally required accounting periods. Temporal links expire according to their configured lifetime, while limited logs, analytics, backups, and fraud-prevention records may remain for a longer period.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their credentials and API tokens.
Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Children
Deepus is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly offer accounts or paid subscriptions to children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Deepus or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice of material changes.
