Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This policy applies to paid Deepus subscriptions provided by LLC Test, City, Country. Contact us at info@deepus.io.
Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel at any time through a subscription-management flow made available to you or by emailing us from the address associated with your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the account is suspended for abuse or another lawful reason, paid access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
First Purchase Refund Requests
You may request a refund of your first paid Deepus purchase within 14 calendar days after payment. This discretionary policy is intended for customers who made only minimal use of paid features. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What Counts as Substantial Use
A discretionary refund may be declined after material creation or operation of projects and links, significant click traffic, API use, QR downloads, or other meaningful consumption of paid capacity or premium features. We consider the circumstances and available usage records when reviewing a request.
Renewal Payments
Monthly and annual renewal payments are normally non-refundable because access is reserved for the renewed billing period. We may review exceptional circumstances individually, including clear billing errors, while applying any mandatory rights required by law.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
Report a duplicate or suspected unauthorized charge promptly. Include the account email, payment date, amount, currency, and transaction reference if available, but never send full card details. If your account may be compromised, change your credentials and contact us immediately.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@deepus.io with the email used for your Deepus account, payment date, plan, and a short explanation. We may request limited additional information needed to locate the transaction and assess eligibility.
Refund Method and Timing
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. The payment provider and your bank control the time needed for the credit to appear. Treatment of taxes, fees, and currency conversion follows the provider's rules and applicable law.
Payment Provider
The checkout identifies the payment provider and legal seller for each purchase. Where checkout identifies Paddle as Merchant of Record, Paddle may handle the refund, chargeback, receipt, tax, and payment-support process under its applicable buyer terms.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or cooling-off rights that apply and cannot legally be waived. Where such law provides a more favorable remedy, that law prevails.
