Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 13, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Deepus, operated by LLC Test, City, Country. Questions may be sent to info@deepus.io.
Acceptance and Eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Deepus, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Deepus for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your password and API token, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
The Service
Deepus provides short links, deep links, device-aware mobile routing, fallback destinations, QR destinations, API features, and campaign analytics. External applications, browsers, operating systems, and networks decide how destinations are opened, so we cannot guarantee that every third-party platform will honor a requested route.
Plans and Usage Limits
Plans may differ in project, link, click, analytics, API, QR, and other feature limits. Current limits and prices are displayed before purchase. When a limit is reached, creation, routing, analytics, or premium features may be restricted until the next applicable period, renewal, or plan change. We may revise future plan features or pricing with reasonable notice, but changes do not retroactively alter a period already paid for unless required by law.
Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. Any annual discount is displayed before checkout. Unless you cancel before the next billing date, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing interval at the price shown or otherwise notified before renewal. The seller shown at checkout may collect applicable taxes in addition to, or as part of, the displayed price.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payment is handled by the provider and legal seller identified during checkout. Where checkout identifies Paddle as the seller or Merchant of Record, Paddle handles payment processing, applicable indirect-tax administration, receipts, and payment-related compliance under its buyer terms. A failed or reversed payment may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.
Cancellation
You may cancel through any subscription-management flow made available to you or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves paid access active until the end of the current billing period. After that period, the account and active links may become subject to free-plan limits.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, the terms of the legal seller shown at checkout, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content and destination information you submit. You grant Deepus a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, route, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and support the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Deepus for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, spam, fraud, impersonation, infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights, deceptive or abusive redirects, unauthorized tracking, attacks on systems or networks, harmful automated scraping, or attempts to evade plan limits, security controls, suspension, or enforcement. We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with lawful requests.
Your Destinations and Campaigns
You are responsible for your URLs, application schemes, fallback pages, QR destinations, campaign content, and audiences. You must have the rights and permissions needed for them and provide any notices, choices, or consents required by advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, telecommunications, and other applicable laws.
Temporal Links
Temporal links are intended for short-lived uses. They expire and may be deleted automatically after the lifetime selected at creation. You are responsible for retaining any information you need before expiration.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse prevention, legal compliance, protection of third parties, or a material breach of these Terms. We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. Following termination, service content may be deleted after a reasonable operational or legally required retention period.
Third-Party Services
Deepus may interact with external applications, websites, networks, browsers, hosting services, and payment providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or technical behavior.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for privacy compliance relating to your own campaigns, visitors, and destination services.
Service Changes and Availability
We aim to keep Deepus available, but maintenance, incidents, third-party failures, legal requirements, and technical changes may interrupt service. We may modify or discontinue features. No service-level commitment applies unless it is set out in a separate signed agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepus is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or guaranteed campaign results. This disclaimer does not affect warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepus and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate direct liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Deepus during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
Indemnity for Business Users
If you use Deepus for business purposes, you agree, where permitted by law, to defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims caused by your content, destinations, campaigns, unlawful use, or material breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Country, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Country. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to use courts or dispute procedures in their country that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively as Deepus or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown above, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
